Privacy Policy
At Orqival Analítica S.A.S. we treat privacy as an ongoing commitment. This policy describes, in plain language, which personal data we process when you use our platform, why we do it, on which legal basis, how long we keep it and how you can exercise your rights under Argentine National Law No. 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data and its complementary regulations.
1. Data controller

2. What data we collect
When you complete the contact form we collect your name, email and the message you decide to send us. When you browse the site we may collect limited technical information (device type, browser, aggregated page views) only if you give consent through the cookie banner.
3. Purposes of processing
We process data only to reply to your enquiry, prepare relevant information for you, contact you through a representative, comply with legal obligations and improve the site experience. We never use it to make automated decisions with legal effects on you.
4. Legal basis
The legal bases for processing are: your free and informed consent when submitting the form and accepting the cookie banner; the legitimate interest in keeping the service safe and stable; and the fulfilment of legal obligations where applicable.
5. Retention
We retain your contact data for a maximum of twenty-four months since the last interaction, or during the applicable legal period when a specific obligation exists. After that period, data is deleted or securely anonymised.
6. Third parties and transfers
We may share data with infrastructure providers, transactional email and analytics under confidentiality agreements. When we use Google services (for example Google Ads or measurement tools) we do so respecting the preferences set in the cookie banner through Google Consent Mode v2.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: encryption in transit, role-based access controls, activity logs, data minimisation principles and periodic reviews of our providers.
8. Your rights
You may exercise, at any time, your rights of access, rectification, updating, deletion and objection, as well as withdrawing the consent you granted. To do so, write to hola@orqival.com specifying the right you wish to exercise. You may also file complaints with the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
9. Minors
The service is not directed at people under 18 years old. If we detect that data belongs to a minor we securely delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or operational changes. We will always publish the current version with its update date. If the changes are significant we will inform you prominently on the site.
